Everything goes to [email protected]. There is no contact form: a form would need a database and a spam filter, and this site has neither.
What gets a reply
Write in English or Chinese — both are read. Replies usually take two or three days.
- A figure you think is wrong, with the recipe slug and your own arithmetic.
- A batch that misbehaved, with the oil bill, the lye you actually weighed, the temperature and how long it took to reach trace.
- A correction to a Chinese entry where the wording is off, not just the number.
- Licensing or reuse: what you want to republish and where.
What does not
We cannot tell you whether a specific soap is safe for a specific skin condition, and we will not guess. Ask a dermatologist. We also do not take guest posts, paid links or sponsored recipes.
